SHIPPING/DELIVERY  POLICY

The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. C&C Gifts and Designs doesn't ship until the invoice is paid.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Especially at Christmas time.

Damages

C&C Gifts and Designs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

 Delivery Options

All Deliveries are based on location and will charge at check out for your desired location.

We Cannot deliver to PO BOXES.

If we are delivering to a house that is in a gated community please include the code or client's phone number!

RETURN POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

Personalized Products- Anything that is a mistake by C&C Gifts and Designs will be remade at C&C Gifts and Designs expense such as a name spelled wrong or a wrong color shirt.
